Q: Is iZone Internet Cafe in waliking distance ?

A: It all depends in which hotel you are staying. We are located in the Paseo Herencia Mall, right in front of the Holiday Inn Resort. See the map to spot your hotel.

Q: What are the payment methods ?

A: For cash payments we accept Florins and US Dollars. If you're paying with Credit Card we accept VISA, MASTER and DISCOVER.

Q: I'm on vacation, and don't really want to dress up to go internet, is that ok ?

A: If you come at least in a short or skirt, shirt and some slippers, we will be ok with that. If you're wet, be kind to the next customer sitting on that chair when you leave, wear dry clothes.

Q: Can I drink or eat something while I'm using a computer ?

A: We don't mind the drinking or a little snack, as long you keep the keyboard, mouse and desk clean. Be kind to the next customer sitting there after you, its not nice to get a greasy keyboard, mouse or desk.

Q: Can I use my laptop ?

A: Yes you can. Same fee for regular internet applies.

Q: Are the computer and internet fast at iZone ?

A: Yes, we service our computers on a regular basis to keep them fast all the time. And we have a 7Mbps connection which is very fast.

Q: Do I have to sit in a phone booth to make a international call ?

A: Yes you can, but we like to give our customers freedom, and thats why we use cordless phone so you can sit anywhere you feel more comfortable.

Q: Are you using Macintosh or Windows Based computer ?

A: All our computers are loaded with Windows XP.

Q: What kind of applications can I use on the computers ?

A: We have loaded the computer with many popular applications for your convenience like: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Adobe PDF, MSN Messenger, Yahoo Messenger, AOL Messenger and many more.
